Online quotes are estimates. The final repair price is confirmed in store after diagnosis and before work begins.

Reservations and purchases

Reserving a phone is free and isn't a purchase. Payment is made in store only. A reservation is held once we confirm it with you. Stock and prices can change.

Offers to sell a device

An offer sent through this site doesn't bind you or us. A purchase is final only after we inspect the device in store and both sides agree on a price. You must own the device or have the right to sell it. We may ask for a valid photo ID, and we may refuse a device that is reported lost or stolen or that we can't verify.
