What do you buy?
Phones, tablets, laptops and game consoles, including damaged ones. Tell us the real condition and show it in the photos.
What happens after I send my offer?
We review your photos and price, then call or text the number you gave us. We may accept your price or suggest a different one.
How do I get paid?
You'll bring the device to our Taunton store, and we'll inspect it and confirm the final price before paying.
What should I bring?
The device and a valid photo ID. We check that devices aren't reported lost or stolen. Please sign out of accounts like iCloud or Google so the device can be reset.
What about my data?
Back up your data, and sign out of your accounts before you come in if you can. We can help you do that in store.
